How to register
Step 1 – Register for the Conference – this $695 payment locks in your attendance at the Conference
Step 2 – Complete Club Med booking form: after conference payment, click on link to complete booking form – https://aquafitnessonline.com/afo-bali-2026/
Step 3 – Confirm your all-inclusive Club Med stay with payment – once we’ve received your booking form, AFO will reserve your room and send an invoice for each delegate and guest – payable within 14 days.
Step 4 – Flights to Bali – delegates and guests are responsible for booking their own flights.
Conference Schedule
The conference schedule will include a minimum of 5 hours of aquatic education each day. Session times will be available when Club Med confirm their activities schedule. That way AFO can work around their schedule to ensure you are free to enjoy all Club Med activities.
- Sunrise celebration (optional) – morning movement – group beach walk and/or yoga/meditation
- Interactive Workshops and Masterclasses – daily series on ‘Breaking down Water Movement’
- Aqua Pool Party Masterclasses – daily full class workout with no breaks just pure water workouts
- Lectures – daily series on diverse range of ‘Fitness Focused Lectures’
- Interactive Masterclasses – daily series of soul enriching sessions for personal enjoyment, fitness and development
- Masterclasses – daily series on ‘Aqua Wellbeing’
Club Med package includes:
- All inclusive Club Med resort rates start from $240 per person per day
- Choose from three room options – single or double
- All meals and drinks (excluding premium meals and labels)
- Return airport transfers
- Club Med activities – tennis, padel, golf, yoga, pilates, windsurfing, stand up paddle, snorkelling and much more
- Nightly shows, entertainment, and dancing
- Access to beach, pools, gym, and full fitness program
- Wi-Fi throughout the resort
Optional extras require payment: spa treatments, premium dining and drinks, local excursions, and private lessons.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds for both Conference and Accommodation must be in writing.
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- 75% refund – before April 14, 2026
- 50% refund – before May 14, 2026
- No refunds – on or after May 14, 2026
Travel insurance strongly recommended.
