ACADEMY Members – at least 6 new videos are uploaded every month – 1 full class workout, 3 express workouts, 2 teaching tip videos.
WORKOUTS MEMBERS – 1 new full class workout is uploaded every month
Can I see what videos are available in each library?
YES – go to ‘VIDEO LIBRARIES’ in main menu and to select from any of the three video library options from drop down menu
